Ted Green is an Architect and Construction Manager with over 20 years project management experience involving primary responsibility for programming and client relations as well as design and supervision during production of contract documents, including supervision of project management staff. He has over 25 years of extensive experience in all aspects of construction contract administration. This includes scheduling, review of pay requests and submittals, conducting field inspections and meetings and generating correspondence in the capacity of a liaison between owner, architect, consultants and contractors. Ted has a long working relationship with governmental agencies as he was the Architectural Bureau Chief for the General Services Department/Property Control Division for the State of New Mexico. He worked directly with the State of New Mexico Public School Facilities Authority (PSFA) to update their adequacy standards funding application forms and was a member of their advisory committee to develop roofing standards for school projects as well as guidelines for Roofing Consultant performance. He has a clear, working understanding of the agency regulations and forms including their project management soft-ware for all school projects.
